They actually deserve no star but it's not part of the option here. I brought my Hino Truck there for an estimated due to the DPR light won't turn off. The service adviser contacted me 2 days later letting me know there are lists of parts need to replace and quoted me $6500. I was tripping out and requested him to email me all parts and hourly labor charges breakdown in detail. He emailed me a very simple breakdown $3700 for parts and $2800 for labor. I decided not to let them repair my truck there because I think the quote is ridiculous. I don't even know how much each part cost. When I pick up my truck I had to pay $300 for diagnostic feed which I agreed it but the diagnostic report I was getting it doesn't included any detail but only diagnostic for $300.I have paid $300 learned my lesson not to go there ever again. So then I took my truck to Rush Truck Center, 3 days later they they contacted me stating they are not able to run any code and so right away I know Carmelita's Truck center purposely deleted the error code knowing I am not letting them work on my truck. That's why they made me waited for an hour before they hand me my key. Anyways, Rush truck center they put lot of effort to diagnose the problem and test drove the truck until these error code appeared in order for them to run a professional diagnostic not like Carmelita's truck. Rush truck quoted me $3700 included part and labor and they specifically show me cost of each parts and hourly charge labor plus recommended maintenance service.What a big difference.Ok, so here is an update. 2 of their service managers have contacted me to investigate what went wrong. They really show how much they cares about their customers. I really appreciated they followed up and try to fix the problem. They even refunded my $300 inspection fee due to customer unsatisfactory. I can never see another auto repair shop would do that. So for that reason I have to give them credit for it 🙂
